Organization

The company is led by the CEO Esko Teerikorpi responsible to the Board of Directors. The organization is divided into five departments: Sales, Manufacturing, Logistics, Living Solutions (R&D) and Marketing, and Administration.

The Executive Group of Honka is led by the CEO. The directors of each department in the group assemble for a meeting 10–12 times a year.

The main markets under the Sales and Marketing are Finland, Germany, France, Japan and Russia.

Honka has subsidiaries in Germany, France, Japan, and the USA. In addition, there are partners in over 25 countries.
