Audit

According to the corporate byelaw, there has to be one primary auditor and one substitute auditor. If an auditing firm is selected as the primary auditor, the requirement for the substitute may be unheeded. The auditing term equals with the accounting period extending until the end of the general meeting closing the period. 

The acting auditor selected by the general meeting is KPMG Oy Ab. The liable auditor is APA Reino Tikkanen. 

The auditing fee was 57,000 euro in 2010. Overall, KPMG Oy Ab was paid 115,000 euro for auditing and similar services in 2010.
