”Finnish high quality, professional skill, healthy type of living and sustainable development is also appreciated in Honka’s biggest exporting countries like Russia, central Europe and Japan”, says Esko Teerikorpi, Managing Director of Honkarakenne Oyj.
We have always wanted to manufacture all Honka houses in Finland, in order to be able to ensure their high quality. The material of the massive wood houses which are exported to different parts of the world is only the best raw wood material, the habitat of which is well known. Honka is committed to the certification of the Finnish forests and the personnel of Honka’s forest and environment department have passed a nature management degree.
