CE Mark

Honka was the first genuine wood house                                                                                      manufacturer in the world to receive ETA (European Technical Approval) and accordingly the right to use the CE mark. CE mark is an offical symbol that indicates the product meets the requirements of the building product
directive set by the European Union.

As labelled with the CE Mark, Honka buildings are transported freely in 25 European countries. This accreditation offers great comfort to our customers.

Patents and Certificates

Honka has a number of domestic and international patents regarding log profiles, wedge notches (including the special ball
notch), log lamination, crack guide system
and non-settling logs. Additionally, there are technical certificates for Honka's log structures, sawn timber products, interior lining products and windows.
