Herberger Residence

Just a short ride away from the heat of the Phoenix desert, this home is peacefully nestled in a pine forest in the high country near Flagstaff, Arizona. The home was carefully designed so that from any room, including the dining room, the view is of thick woods. The kitchen offers a change of pace with unstained maple cabinetry and drywall creating a bright appeal. In the great room, a unique masonry scheme surrounds the hearth which includes a beautiful built-in entertainment center which elegantly hides the TV.

The master bath is exquisitely decorated with a colorful, antique glass window, which adds an intimate feel to bathing. Upstairs a traditional Finnish sauna next to a gym was an absolute must for the Herbergers. A cozy den on the main floor houses a nice library collection and provides for a nice reading room separate from the three other bedrooms in the home.
