The east wing of the main floor includes a large kitchen, breakfast nook and dining area featuring maple wood cabinetry in a honey spice finish accented by stainless steel appliances. Another unique touch to this home is the imported Finnish handcrafted dining set, china cabinet and grandfather clock in a traditional pearl gray color typical of old Scandinavian manor houses. Also on the main floor in the west wing is a Master Bedroom suite, as well as a nursery for the Laine's newborn baby that for others could be used as an office/den.

Upstairs are two additional bedrooms, one of which has been converted into an exquisite home office.
